California affected by snowfall, emergency declared, 12 inch thick layer of snow frozen

   America News:  There has been a lot of snowfall in California, USA in recent times.  Several inches of snow accumulated on the roads due to the snowfall.  The condition is that the California government and administration have prohibited people from taking vehicles out.  Because it is very slippery due to the snow that has fallen everywhere.
